Fremont, CA (November 5, 2019) – Aehr Test Systems (NASDAQ: AEHR), a worldwide supplier of semiconductor test and reliability qualification equipment, today announced it has been invited to participate in the 10th Annual Craig-Hallum Alpha Select Conference being held on November 12, 2019 at the Sheraton Times Square Hotel in New York City.
