										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><em>Record quarterly bookings and effective backlog provide substantial visibility into projected fiscal 2027 revenue of $130 million to $150 million, representing 2.6x to 3.0x fiscal 2026 revenue</em><strong> </strong></p>
<p><strong>Fremont, CA (July 14, 2026)</strong> – Aehr Test Systems (NASDAQ: AEHR), a leading provider of test and burn-in solutions for semiconductor devices used in artificial intelligence (AI), silicon photonics, data center, automotive, and industrial applications, today announced financial results for its fiscal 2026 fourth quarter and full year ended May 29, 2026.</p>
<p><strong>Fiscal Fourth Quarter Financial Results:</strong><strong> </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Net revenue was $18.8 million, compared to $14.1 million in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2025.</li>
<li>GAAP net income was $1.4 million, or $0.04 per diluted share, compared to GAAP net loss of $(2.9) million, or $(0.10) per diluted share, in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2025.</li>
<li>Non-GAAP net income, which excludes stock-based compensation and acquisition-related adjustments, was $3.6 million, or $0.11 per diluted share, compared to non-GAAP net loss of $(0.2) million, or $(0.01) per diluted share, in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2025.</li>
<li>Bookings were a record $60.7 million for the quarter.</li>
<li>Backlog as of May 29, 2026 was $80.6 million. Effective backlog, including bookings since May 29, 2026, is $100.6 million.</li>
<li>Total cash, cash equivalents and restricted cash as of May 29, 2026 was $116.5 million, compared to $37.1 million on February 27, 2026.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Fiscal Year Financial Results:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Net revenue was $50.0 million, compared to $59.0 million in fiscal 2025.</li>
<li>GAAP net loss was $(7.1) million, or $(0.23) per diluted share, compared to GAAP net loss of $(3.9) million, or $(0.13) per diluted share, in fiscal 2025.</li>
<li>Non-GAAP net income was $0.9 million, or $0.03 per diluted share, which excludes stock-based compensation, acquisition-related adjustments and restructuring charges, compared to non-GAAP net income of $4.6 million, or $0.15 per diluted share, in fiscal 2025.</li>
<li>Cash used in operating activities was $3.3 million for fiscal 2026.</li>
</ul>
<p>An explanation of the use of non-GAAP financial measures and a reconciliation of Aehr’s non-GAAP financial measures to the most directly comparable GAAP financial measures can be found in the accompanying tables.<strong> </strong></p>

<p>“We are very pleased with our fiscal fourth quarter performance, which exceeded expectations and capped a year of significant bookings and revenue diversification for Aehr. Record quarterly bookings, a very strong backlog, and growing demand across AI processors, silicon photonics, and power semiconductors for our wafer-level and package-level burn-in solutions position us well for significant growth moving forward.</p>
<p>“With strong momentum and a record backlog of over $100 million heading into fiscal year 2027, we have substantial visibility into projected fiscal 2027 revenue of $130 million to $150 million, representing expected year-over-year growth of approximately 160% to 200%. This outlook is based on the information available to us today, including our current backlog and anticipated customer demand. We continue to pursue additional orders from existing and prospective customers.</p>
<p>“In wafer-level burn-in (WLBI), demand from AI-related applications continued to accelerate. Our lead AI production customer is significantly ramping capacity, driving an increase in forecasted capacity needs for our FOX WLBI solutions this year and beyond. They are shifting their burn-in from system-level to all wafer-level for their AI accelerators used for training and inference applications. We are also engaged with additional AI processor suppliers that are evaluating WLBI to improve product reliability and reduce yield loss from production burn-in of their devices later in the manufacturing process.</p>
<p>“We are excited to report that we successfully completed benchmark testing of our WLBI solution with a major supplier of AI accelerators, CPUs, and network processors. The testing was conducted on one of their processors and produced results that exceeded their expectations. This top-tier AI processor supplier has now expressed interest in moving to pilot production test validation for its current high-volume device, for which we completed the benchmark. They indicated that this device is expected to continue ramping and achieve significant volumes over the next year or more. In addition, they recently requested that we evaluate a second device in parallel. The potential revenue opportunity from any one of these devices is significant to Aehr in terms of near and long-term revenue streams related to the WLBI systems and proprietary Aehr WaferPak contactors.</p>
<p>“Our package-level burn-in business for AI processors also gained momentum in the year, highlighted by record follow-on production orders from our lead hyperscale customer for Sonoma systems supporting high-volume AI processor production burn-in. This customer is a premier large-scale data center provider and is forecasting a substantial expansion of Sonoma system purchases for a second device which has twice the power per package as the first device that they are using Sonoma systems for today. As their current and next-generation devices ramp, we believe Sonoma systems and consumables can become an increasingly important contributor to Aehr’s revenue. We are also engaged with multiple current and potential new customers for package-level reliability qualification and production burn-in of AI accelerators, Application-Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), network processors, and also for edge AI processors for automotive and robotics, which represent significant opportunities for Aehr over the next few years.</p>
<p>“As we have anticipated for the last year, silicon photonics devices and the need for production burn-in is now seeing strong momentum as AI data center architectures increasingly rely on optical I/O and high-speed interconnects. Our lead silicon photonics customer is ramping, with follow-on orders this past year and more already in this fiscal year for fully automated WLBI systems powering AI optical I/O and data center interconnects. In addition, our newest major silicon photonics customer that is a global leader in networking products and solutions has provided us a forecast for additional systems this calendar year as it ramps capacity to support next-generation hyperscale data center deployments. We believe the silicon photonics and optical test and burn-in market has the potential to grow substantially and could be another long-term growth driver for Aehr.</p>
<p>“We are seeing encouraging signs of recovery in silicon carbide (SiC) power semiconductors. We are actively engaged to meet the WLBI needs of several of the world’s largest automotive manufacturers and several of their SiC suppliers for their new electric vehicles. We also announced today that we received approximately $8 million in new orders in just the last month for silicon carbide WLBI WaferPaks as global electric vehicle programs accelerate. These include expanded production orders from our lead silicon carbide customer for WaferPak full wafer contactors, and a key order directly from one of the largest automotive companies in the world for multiple WaferPaks to be used in qualification of silicon carbide devices from suppliers for their new generation of electric vehicles using Aehr’s FOX WLBI systems.This year, we expect renewed demand for both SiC and GaN power semiconductor test and burn-in, driven by automotive electrification and AI data center power infrastructure.</p>
<p>“We also continue to pursue opportunities in memory, including NAND flash and potential high bandwidth memory (HBM) applications with our WLBI solutions roadmap. The growth of these two memory markets may have never been stronger, with massive capacity increases planned this decade. We continue to work with multiple memory suppliers to align our solutions to meet the production needs of these companies’ new capacity coming online.</p>
<p>“Looking ahead, we are very excited about our position entering fiscal 2027. With multiple customers entering or expanding production, a record backlog, and additional opportunities under discussion for both wafer-level and package-level burn-in, we believe Aehr is well positioned for multiple years of strong revenue growth.”<strong> </strong></p>
<p><strong>Financial Guidance:</strong></p>
<p>For the fiscal year ending June 25, 2027, Aehr expects total company revenue to be between $130 million and $150 million, representing approximately 160%-200% year-over-year growth. Aehr also expects non-GAAP net income to be 18% to 22% of total revenue. This outlook reflects the company’s current effective backlog of approximately $100 million and expected customer demand from existing production programs. Aehr continues to pursue additional orders from current and prospective customers.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Fremont, CA (April 7, 2026) </strong>– Aehr Test Systems (NASDAQ: AEHR), a leading provider of test and burn-in solutions for semiconductor devices used in artificial intelligence (AI), data center, automotive, and industrial applications, today announced financial results for its third quarter of fiscal 2026, ended February 27, 2026.</p>
<p>The company reported strong quarterly bookings of $37.2 million, representing a book-to-bill ratio of over 3.5x, reflecting strong customer demand across both wafer-level burn-in (WLBI) and package-level burn-in (PLBI) applications. The company expects a significant near-term follow-on production order from its lead hyperscale customer for PLBI systems for custom AI processors and now expects bookings to be on the high end of the previously stated range of $60 million to $80 million in its fiscal 2026 second half ending May 29, 2026.</p>
<p><strong> </strong><strong>Fiscal Third Quarter Financial Results:</strong><strong> </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Net revenue was $10.3 million, compared to $18.3 million in the third quarter of fiscal 2025.</li>
<li>GAAP net loss was $(3.2) million, or $(0.10) per diluted share, compared to GAAP net loss of $(0.6) million, or $(0.02) per diluted share, in the third quarter of fiscal 2025.</li>
<li>Non-GAAP net loss, which excludes stock-based compensation and acquisition-related adjustments, was $(1.5) million, or $(0.05) per diluted share, compared to non-GAAP net income of $2.0 million, or $0.07 per diluted share, in the third quarter of fiscal 2025.</li>
<li>Bookings were $37.2 million for the quarter.</li>
<li>Backlog as of February 27, 2026 was $38.7 million. Effective backlog, including bookings since February 27, 2026, is $50.9 million.</li>
<li>Total cash, cash equivalents and restricted cash as of February 27, 2026 was $37.1 million, compared to $31.0 million on November 28, 2025.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Fiscal First Nine Months Financial Results:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Net revenue was $31.2 million, compared to $44.9 million in the first nine months of fiscal 2025.</li>
<li>GAAP net loss was $(8.5) million, or $(0.28) per diluted share, compared to GAAP net loss of $(1.0) million, or $(0.03) per diluted share, during the first nine months of fiscal 2025.</li>
<li>Non-GAAP net loss was $(2.6) million, or $(0.09) per diluted share, which excludes stock-based compensation, acquisition-related adjustments and restructuring charges, compared to non-GAAP net income of $4.8 million, or $0.16 per diluted share, in the first nine months of fiscal 2025.</li>
<li>Cash used in operating activities was $5.1 million for the first nine months of fiscal 2026.</li>
</ul>

<p>“We are very pleased with the strong momentum in our business across multiple market segments, highlighted by more than $37 million in quarterly bookings and a book-to-bill ratio exceeding 3.5x. Demand continues to accelerate across both WLBI and PLBI as semiconductor devices grow in size, complexity, and power and are increasingly deployed in mission-critical AI, networking, automotive, and industrial applications.</p>
<p>“During the quarter, we continued to make progress in growing the business and expanding our customer base in our WLBI business. For AI processors, we received a production WLBI order from our lead AI processor customer for multiple new fully automated FOX-XP WLBI systems to be used in data center training and inference applications. We have several other companies ranging from suppliers of data center-focused AI accelerator processors to Edge AI processors and CPUs that are providing us with information on their devices and roadmaps and asking about our WLBI capabilities and recommendations for burn-in of their next generation devices. There is significant interest in doing WLBI for devices that are expected to be put in advanced packages such as CoWoS that include other die such as HBM DRAM stacks, other compute AI processors, and photonic or electrical-based transceiver chipsets. Weeding out bad devices before they are packaged together with these other devices is significantly cheaper than the yield loss if these are burned in at packaged level and the entire multi-chip package is thrown away.</p>
<p>“Silicon photonics is a market we see significant opportunity for WLBI. We recently announced a major new customer win with our high-power FOX-XP WLBI system for devices aimed at hyperscale data center optical interconnect market. This was an initial order for multiple FOX systems for both qualification and production. The customer is developing advanced silicon photonics–based transceivers for data center networking and optical I/O applications to address the rapidly accelerating demand for high-speed fiber optic communication links in hyperscale AI and cloud data centers. We believe this win positions Aehr to participate in what could be a significant multiyear expansion of silicon photonics production driven by the growth of fiber optic interconnects in hyperscale AI data centers.</p>
<p>“Additionally, during the quarter, we received a follow-on order from our lead silicon photonics customer for both a new high-power FOX-XP systems and an upgrade of an existing FOX system to our latest high-power, fully automated configuration. As data center architectures scale to support AI, cloud computing, and high-performance networking, fiber optic interconnects offer significant advantages over copper wiring, including higher data rates, lower power consumption, longer reach, improved thermal performance, and reduced electromagnetic interference. These advantages are driving rapid adoption of silicon photonics transceivers across hyperscale and enterprise data centers worldwide and increasing demand for cost-effective, production-proven burn-in solutions that can ensure device quality and long-term reliability at volume.</p>
<p>“In PLBI, we are seeing significant forecasts from our lead hyperscale customer for our Sonoma systems for high-volume production burn-in of their custom AI processor ASICs used in large-scale data center training and inference AI workloads. In addition to their first ASIC AI processor now ramping on our Sonoma systems today, this quarter this hyperscale customer awarded Aehr the production win for our Sonoma systems for production burn-in of their next-generation, higher-power AI accelerators. We expect a significant near-term follow-on production order from this customer for a large number of systems to be shipped during Aehr’s fiscal year 2027.</p>
<p>“In addition to this major hyperscale customer, we are also engaged in new sales opportunities with multiple other hyperscale companies, AI accelerators and CPU processor companies, edge AI processor suppliers and designers, and foundries and assembly and test houses for our Sonoma PLBI systems for both reliability qualification and production burn-in needs.</p>
<p>“We are continuing to scale our manufacturing capacity to support anticipated customer demand. In addition to the substantial capacity we added at our Fremont, California facility over the past year, we expect to begin shipping Sonoma systems this quarter from a newly upgraded contract manufacturing facility with global capacity for more than 20 additional systems per month.</p>
<p>“With strong second-half bookings so far, and a strong funnel of additional orders expected this quarter, we believe we are well-positioned to exit the fiscal year ending May 29<sup>th</sup> with a strong backlog and deliver significant revenue growth in fiscal 2027. We currently expect full-year fiscal 2026 revenue to be on the high side of the $45 million to $50 million range provided last quarter. We also expect our bookings for the second half of the fiscal year to be on the high end of the $60 million to $80 million range provided last quarter. More broadly, we believe we have a clear path to sustained long-term growth as our installed base expands across AI, silicon photonics, power semiconductors, and other high-performance applications.</p>
<p>“As the need for performance, reliability, safety, and security in semiconductors continues to rise, burn-in is becoming increasingly important across a widening range of devices and end markets. <p>Aehr is reiterating its previously provided guidance for the second half of fiscal year 2026, which began November 29, 2025 and ends May 29, 2026, of revenue between $25 million and $30 million and non-GAAP net loss per diluted share between $(0.09) and $(0.05).</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Fremont, CA (January 8, 2026) </strong>– Aehr Test Systems (NASDAQ: AEHR), a worldwide supplier of semiconductor test and burn-in solutions, today announced financial results for its second quarter of fiscal 2026 ended November 28, 2025.<strong> </strong></p>
<p><strong>Fiscal Second Quarter Financial Results:</strong><strong> </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Net revenue was $9.9 million, compared to $13.5 million in the second quarter of fiscal 2025.</li>
<li>GAAP net loss was $(3.2) million, or $(0.11) per diluted share, compared to GAAP net loss of $(1.0) million, or $(0.03) per diluted share, in the second quarter of fiscal 2025.</li>
<li>Non-GAAP net loss, which excludes stock-based compensation, acquisition-related adjustments and restructuring charges, was $(1.3) million, or $(0.04) per diluted share, compared to non-GAAP net income of $0.7 million, or $0.02 per diluted share, in the second quarter of fiscal 2025.</li>
<li>Bookings were $6.2 million for the quarter.</li>
<li>Backlog as of November 28, 2025 was $11.8 million. Effective backlog, including bookings since November 28, 2025, is $18.3 million.</li>
<li>Total cash, cash equivalents and restricted cash as of November 28, 2025 was $31.0 million, compared to $24.7 million at August 29, 2025.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Fiscal First Six Months Financial Results:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Net revenue was $20.9 million, compared to $26.6 million in the first six months of fiscal 2025.</li>
<li>GAAP net loss was $(5.3) million, or $(0.18) per diluted share, compared to GAAP net loss of $(0.4) million, or $(0.01) per diluted share, in the first six months of fiscal 2025.</li>
<li>Non-GAAP net loss was $(1.0) million, or $(0.04) per diluted share, which excludes stock-based compensation, acquisition-related adjustments and restructuring charges, compared to non-GAAP net income of $2.8 million, or $0.10 per diluted share, in the first six months of fiscal 2025.</li>
<li>Cash used in operating activities was $1.5 million for the first six months of fiscal 2026.</li>
</ul>
<p>An explanation of the use of non-GAAP financial measures and a reconciliation of Aehr’s non-GAAP financial measures to the most directly comparable GAAP financial measures can be found in the accompanying tables.<strong> </strong></p>
<p><strong>Gayn Erickson, President and CEO of Aehr Test Systems, commented:</strong></p>
<p>&#8220;While second quarter revenue was softer than anticipated, we made significant progress in both wafer-level burn-in (WLBI) and packaged-part burn-in (PPBI) segments and are very excited about our prospects moving forward. Based on customer forecasts recently provided to Aehr, we believe our bookings in the second half of this fiscal year will be between $60 million and $80 million, which would set the stage for a very strong fiscal 2027 that begins on May 30, 2026.</p>
<p>&#8220;During the quarter, we expanded engagements and completed production installations for WLBI across multiple end markets. Our lead WLBI customer for artificial intelligence (AI) processors, which is developing its next-generation device, has requested additional capacity this fiscal year and plans to add systems and transition to our fully integrated automatic WaferPak<sup>TM</sup> aligner for its 300mm wafers. We expect this customer to continue scaling and are excited to support its growth.</p>
<p>&#8220;We also completed development of an initial new custom high-power fine-pitch WaferPak for AI processors, which is currently in testing as part of our benchmark evaluation program with a top-tier AI processor supplier. This program is designed to validate our FOX-XP<sup>TM</sup> production systems for WLBI and functional test of their high-performance, high-power AI processors. We expect to complete data collection this quarter and are confident in our ability to support its devices. In addition, two other AI companies have requested benchmark evaluations for wafer-level testing of their processors as an alternative to system-level or PPBI test. These benchmarks typically take approximately six months, and we expect to make meaningful progress beginning this quarter.</p>
<p>&#8220;During the quarter, we announced a strategic partnership with ISE Labs to deliver advanced wafer-level test and burn-in services for next-generation high-performance computing (HPC) and AI applications. This partnership brings breakthrough capabilities to the market while accelerating time to market and improving performance for our customers.</p>
<p>&#8220;We are seeing continued momentum in packaged-part qualification and production burn-in for AI processors, driving growth in our new Sonoma™ ultra-high-power PPBI systems and consumables. As we announced today in a separate press release, during our fiscal third quarter to date we have received orders from multiple customers totaling more than $5.5 million for our Sonoma ultra-high-power PPBI systems, including initial orders from a premier global Silicon Valley lab for our newly introduced next-generation fully automated Sonoma platform. These orders already exceed total Sonoma orders for the entire second quarter, highlighting the accelerating demand we are seeing for our package-level burn-in of high-powered AI and compute devices.</p>
<p>&#8220;This quarter, we also secured key new device wins on the Sonoma platform for high-temperature operating life (HTOL) qualification. These wins are expected to drive additional capacity at test houses, with at least one customer planning to transition to production later this calendar year, generating significant system demand. Our lead PPBI production customer for AI processors continues to ramp and is forecasting substantial growth in 2026 and beyond.  Although we have not yet received the purchase order, we have received a substantial forecast from this customer for AI ASIC production capacity, with requested shipments beginning in the first quarter of our fiscal 2027, which we expect to contribute to very strong bookings in fiscal 2026 and generate significant revenue growth in fiscal 2027.</p>
<p>&#8220;Beyond AI processors, we recently completed our WLBI benchmark with a global leader in flash memory, demonstrating that our FOX-XP platform can serve as a competitive, cost-effective alternative to traditional packaged-part test and burn-in methods for semiconductor memory devices. The customer has taken the wafers back for further processing to confirm correlation with their existing process. We have also proposed a solution to support testing of an emerging memory technology, High Bandwidth Flash (HBF), which we believe represents a new industry standard, with additional updates to come.</p>
<p>&#8220;In silicon photonics, our lead customer has now firmed up its production ramp, with production beginning early in our next fiscal year. We believe this is tied to recently announced products from major AI processor suppliers and could drive orders in calendar 2026 for delivery in late 2026 to early 2027. We have also finalized a forecast with another large customer for silicon photonics devices initially targeted at data center applications, with a roadmap extending to optical I/O. Silicon photonics for data centers, optical I/O and chip-to-chip communication appears to be emerging as a significant driver of demand for our WLBI systems and WaferPaks.</p>
<p>&#8220;As stated last quarter, the rapid advancement of generative AI and the accelerating electrification of transportation and global infrastructure represent two of the most significant macro trends impacting the semiconductor industry today. These transformative forces are driving enormous growth in semiconductor demand while fundamentally increasing the performance, reliability, safety, and security requirements of the devices used across computing and data infrastructure, telecommunications networks, hard disk drive and solid-state storage solutions, electric vehicles, charging systems, and renewable energy generation.</p>
<p>&#8220;As these applications operate at ever-higher power levels and in increasingly mission-critical environments, the need for comprehensive test and burn-in has become more essential than ever. Semiconductor manufacturers are turning to advanced wafer-level and package-level burn-in systems to screen for early life failures, validate long-term reliability, and ensure consistent performance under extreme electrical and thermal stress. This growing emphasis on reliability testing reflects a fundamental shift in the industry &#8211; from simply achieving functionality to guaranteeing dependable operation throughout a product’s lifetime, a requirement that continues to expand alongside the scale and complexity of next-generation semiconductor devices.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Fremont, CA (October 6, 2025) </strong>– Aehr Test Systems (NASDAQ: AEHR), a worldwide supplier of semiconductor test and burn-in equipment, today announced financial results for its first quarter of fiscal 2026 ended August 29, 2025.</p>
<p><strong>Fiscal First Quarter Financial Results:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Net revenue was $11.0 million, compared to $13.1 million in the first quarter of fiscal 2025.</li>
<li>GAAP net loss was $(2.1) million, or $(0.07) per diluted share, compared to GAAP net income of $0.7 million, or $0.02 per diluted share, in the first quarter of fiscal 2025.</li>
<li>Non-GAAP net income, which excludes stock-based compensation, acquisition-related adjustments and restructuring charges, was $0.2 million, or $0.01 per diluted share, compared to non-GAAP net income of $2.2 million, or $0.07 per diluted share, in the first quarter of fiscal 2025.</li>
<li>Bookings were $11.4 million for the quarter.</li>
<li>Backlog as of August 29, 2025 was $15.5 Effective backlog, including bookings since August 29, 2025, is $17.5 million.</li>
<li>Total cash, cash equivalents and restricted cash as of August 29, 2025 was $24.7 million, compared to $26.5 million at May 30, 2025.</li>
</ul>
<p>An explanation of the use of non-GAAP financial measures and a reconciliation of Aehr&#8217;s non-GAAP financial measures to the most directly comparable GAAP financial measures can be found in the accompanying tables.</p>
<p><strong>Gayn Erickson, President and CEO of Aehr Test Systems, commented:</strong></p>
<p>&#8220;We are pleased with the start to this fiscal year, with revenues across several market segments and momentum in sales and customer engagements in both wafer level and packaged part test and burn-in of artificial intelligence (AI) processors. While we had not provided guidance for the quarter, we did finish ahead of the street consensus estimates for both revenue and our bottom line.</p>
<p>&#8220;Momentum in packaged part qualification and production burn-in for AI processors continued to drive growth in our new Sonoma ultra-high-power packaged part burn-in systems and consumables. During the quarter, our lead production customer, a world-leading hyperscaler, placed multiple follow-on volume production orders for Sonoma systems and requested shorter lead times to support higher-than-expected volumes as they ramp up development of their own advanced AI processors. This customer has already outlined plans to expand capacity for this device and introduce new AI processors over the coming year to be tested and burned in on our Sonoma platform at one of the world&#8217;s leading test houses. We are also collaborating with them on future generations of processors to ensure we can meet their long-term production needs for both package and even wafer level burn-in.</p>
<p>&#8220;Since the acquisition of Incal Technology last year, Aehr has introduced several enhancements to the Sonoma system to address both qualification and production test and burn-in requirements across a broad range of AI processor suppliers, test labs, and Outsourced Assembly and Test Houses (OSATs). Key upgrades include expanding power-per-device to 2000W, increased parallelism, and full automation with an integrated package device handler. Over just the last quarter, including an open house held recently at our headquarters in Fremont, California, we have had 10 companies visit Aehr to review our Sonoma system and its new enhancements, including a fully automated device handler that we have installed at our Fremont facility. Customer feedback on these enhancements and the device handler has been very positive, and we anticipate these new features to drive new applications and orders this fiscal year. Our acquisition of Incal Technology has provided us with intimate visibility into the long-term needs of a large number of leading AI processor companies.</p>
<p>&#8220;This past year, we delivered the world&#8217;s first production wafer level burn-in (WLBI) systems for AI processors. Importantly, these systems are installed at one of the premier global OSATs, creating a highly visible showcase to other potential AI customers and strengthening our position in the market. We expect follow-on orders from this cutting-edge AI customer as volumes increase, and other AI processor suppliers have already approached us about the feasibility of WLBI for their devices.</p>
<p>&#8220;We are also developing a strategic partnership with this world&#8217;s leading OSAT to provide advanced wafer level test and burn-in solutions for high-performance computing (HPC) and AI processors. This joint solution, already in operation at their facility, marks a significant milestone for the industry. By combining Aehr&#8217;s technological leadership with this OSAT&#8217;s global reach we can showcase our unique capabilities to the world. This model offers a complete turnkey solution from design to high-volume production, and several customers have already visited Aehr to see these systems in action.</p>
<p>&#8220;Additionally, we launched a benchmark evaluation program with a top tier AI processor supplier to validate our FOX-XP<sup>TM</sup> production systems for WLBI and functional test of their high-performance, high-power AI processors. This paid evaluation, which includes a custom high-power WaferPak<sup>TM</sup> and development of a production WLBI test program, is a significant step toward adoption of WLBI as an alternative to later-stage burn-in and into future generations of their products.</p>
<p>&#8220;Beyond AI processors, we are seeing signs of increasing demand across the other segments we serve, including silicon photonics, hard disk drives, gallium nitride, and silicon carbide. For silicon photonics, we upgraded another one of our major silicon photonics customer&#8217;s FOX-XPs to the new higher-power configuration this quarter, doubling their device test parallelism with up to 3.5kW power per wafer in a nine-wafer configuration. This latest system shipment includes our fully integrated and automated WaferPak Aligner configured for single touchdown test and burn in of all devices on their 300mm wafers.  We expect additional orders and shipments this fiscal year to meet their production capacity needs for wafer level test and burn-in of their optical I/O silicon photonics integrated circuits. In hard disk drives, AI-driven applications are generating unprecedented amounts of data, creating new demand for our WLBI systems, with our lead production customer that is one of the world&#8217;s top storage suppliers already planning additional purchases. Gallium nitride devices are increasingly being used for data center power efficiency, automotive systems, and electrical infrastructure, with multiple new engagements underway. Moreover, although silicon carbide growth is expected to be weighted toward the second half of the year, we continue to see opportunities for upgrades, WaferPaks, and capacity expansion as that market rebounds.</p>
<p>&#8220;The rapid advancement of generative AI and the accelerating electrification of transportation and global infrastructure represent two of the most significant macro-trends impacting the semiconductor industry today. These transformative forces are driving enormous growth in semiconductor demand while fundamentally increasing the performance, reliability, safety, and security requirements of the devices used across computing and data infrastructure, telecommunications networks, hard disk drive and solid-state storage solutions, electric vehicles, charging systems, and renewable energy generation.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Fremont, CA (July 8, 2025) </strong>– Aehr Test Systems (NASDAQ: AEHR), a worldwide supplier of semiconductor test and burn-in equipment, today announced financial results for its fiscal 2025 fourth quarter and full year ended May 30, 2025.<strong> </strong></p>
<p><strong>Fiscal Fourth Quarter Financial Results:</strong><strong> </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Net revenue was $14.1 million, compared to $16.6 million in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2024.</li>
<li>GAAP net loss was $(2.9) million, or $(0.10) per diluted share, compared to GAAP net income of $23.9 million, or $0.81 per diluted share, which included a tax benefit of approximately $20.7 million, in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2024.</li>
<li>Non-GAAP net loss, which excludes stock-based compensation, acquisition-related adjustments and restructuring charges, was $(0.2) million, or $(0.01) per diluted share, compared to non-GAAP net income of $24.7 million, or $0.84 per diluted share, which included the tax benefit and excluded stock-based compensation and acquisition-related costs, in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2024.</li>
<li>Bookings were $11.1 million for the quarter.</li>
<li>Backlog as of May 30, 2025 was $15.2 million. Effective backlog, including bookings since May 30, 2025, is $16.3 million.</li>
<li>Total cash, cash equivalents and restricted cash as of May 30, 2025 was $26.5 million, compared to $31.4 million at February 28, 2025.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Fiscal Year Financial Results:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Net revenue was $59.0 million, compared to $66.2 million in fiscal 2024.</li>
<li>GAAP net loss was $(3.9) million, or $(0.13) per diluted share, compared to GAAP net income of $33.2 million, or $1.12 per diluted share, which included a tax benefit of approximately $20.7 million, in fiscal 2024.</li>
<li>Non-GAAP net income was $4.6 million, or $0.15 per diluted share, which excludes stock-based compensation, acquisition-related adjustments and costs, restructuring charges and officer severance benefits, compared to non-GAAP net income of $35.8 million, or $1.21 per diluted share, which included the tax benefit and excluded stock-based compensation and acquisition-related costs, in fiscal 2024.</li>
<li>Cash used in operating activities was $7.4 million for fiscal 2025.</li>
</ul>

<p>“Fiscal 2025 was a transformative year for Aehr Test Systems, marked by significant progress on our strategic initiatives to expand our total addressable market, diversify our customer base, and enhance our product portfolio. We expanded into new markets for test and burn-in, including artificial intelligence processors for both wafer and package level, gallium nitride power semiconductors, data storage devices, and silicon photonics integrated circuits for optical chip-to-chip communication, unlocking substantial growth opportunities beyond our concentration in silicon carbide last fiscal year.</p>
<p>“A major milestone was the successful launch and adoption of our first production wafer level burn-in (WLBI) system specifically for artificial intelligence (AI) processors. This breakthrough validates the feasibility and cost benefits of WLBI testing for high-power AI devices, attracting strong interest from leading processor companies considering high-volume adoption.</p>
<p>“We are excited to report today that one of these companies has asked us to move forward with an evaluation for wafer level testing of one of their current high-volume processors. Based on their feedback, we believe that if this evaluation is successful, they intend to transition to high-volume production wafer-level testing, which would represent a significant opportunity for Aehr. We also expect to move to evaluation phases with additional AI companies during this fiscal year and believe we can capture a meaningful share of the total production burn-in market for AI processors with our FOX WLBI systems and proprietary WaferPak Contactors.</p>
<p>“We also expanded into packaged part qualification and production burn-in for AI processors this year through the acquisition of Incal Technology, enabling us to offer both wafer level and packaged part reliability burn-in and test solutions. Since the acquisition, we’ve achieved record shipments of packaged part burn-in (PPBI) systems and secured a major hyperscaler as our first production AI customer in this space. This customer is one of the premier large-scale data center hyperscalers that is developing its own AI processors and significantly expanding this capacity. They have indicated plans to ramp this device over the next year and have already begun discussing their next generation processors with us to ensure we can meet their production capacity needs. Aehr is the only company on the market that offers both a WLBI and a PPBI system for both qualification and production burn-in of AI processors, and we are very excited about our new AI product offerings and the expanded total addressable market they bring to us.</p>
<p>“In gallium nitride (GaN) power semiconductors, we secured the first production order from a leading automotive semiconductor supplier for our FOX-XP high-power multi-wafer production system with high voltage for volume production of GaN devices. We are in discussions and engagements with multiple other potential new GaN customers, highlighting the growing adoption of WLBI for GaN devices and signaling future opportunity as this market expands.</p>
<p>“GaN offers a wider range of applications than silicon carbide and is poised for significant growth in the next decade. While about 70% of silicon carbide&#8217;s largest market segment is for electric vehicles (EVs) and EV charging infrastructure, GaN is more diverse and not focused on a single application. With more uses, there are more potential customers and a larger market for GaN compared to silicon carbide.</p>
<p>“We are also making significant progress in the hard disk drive market. This past year, our lead customer began ordering multiple FOX-CP solutions for burn-in and stabilization of new devices in hard disk drives, representing follow-on orders to the first production order we received from them back in 2019. This customer is one of the top suppliers of data storage devices worldwide. In addition to the multiple systems we have in backlog, they have indicated they will be purchasing additional systems both in the short term and over time.</p>
<p>“We saw solid momentum in the silicon photonics market this year with the adoption of optical chip-to-chip communication and optical network switching. Several companies, including AMD, Nvidia, Intel, TSMC, and GlobalFoundries, have announced product roadmaps for devices that utilize optical chip-to-chip communication. We have several customers in this market, including the largest supplier of silicon photonics integrated circuits in the market. We have seen a significant number of new WaferPak designs from our installed base of systems for new designs that they use for qualification and development work on their FOX wafer level test and burn-in systems. We also now offer a new system with higher power 3500 watt per wafer configuration to meet the needs of new high-power wafers for optical I/O and chip-to-chip communication devices. This is also available as an upgrade to our FOX-NP systems for low-volume production and product qualification, as well as our FOX-XP nine wafer production systems. This system can also be configured with our new integrated WaferPak Auto aligner, which provides fully hands-free factory automation of silicon photonics integrated circuit wafers. We expect to see not only revenue from system upgrades and WaferPaks but also for incremental FOX-XP system and WaferPak orders to meet the capacity needs of the silicon photonics market this year. We remain very excited about the silicon photonics market and see this as a significant market opportunity for our products.</p>
<p>“While the silicon carbide market growth has slowed due to a slower growth in EVs, we remain confident in its long-term opportunity for Aehr and our leadership in WLBI solutions for this sector. EVs are still growing significantly worldwide, and we believe the silicon carbide market continues on a robust long-term growth trajectory. Demand for silicon carbide remains significantly driven by battery EVs, but silicon carbide devices are also gaining traction in other markets, including power infrastructure, solar, and various industrial applications. This quarter, we shipped our first high-voltage configuration of the FOX-XP, which can test 18 wafers simultaneously, extending the capabilities of our proven nine-wafer high-voltage configuration. We believe we are well-positioned in the silicon carbide market with our industry-leading solution for WLBI.</p>
<p>“We are also collaborating with a global leader in flash memory to demonstrate our FOX-XP platform for high-volume production wafer level test and burn-in of flash memory wafers, aiming to provide a competitive, cost-effective alternative to traditional testing methods. New technologies in NAND are driving new requirements for WLBI to address the manufacturing and negative yield implications of testing these NAND devices at the package or system level, and we believe our FOX WLBI solution is positioned to be a very competitive low-cost alternative to packaged part or alternative wafer level test and burn-in solutions for this market.</p>
