The MTX-1000 is a powerful tool that improves your parallel functional memory testing. The MTX-1000 is a single test slot, ambient parallel test station. This station utilizes standard MTX Pattern Generator and Driver/Receiver boards and incorporates the MTX Local Controller and programming interface. The MTX-1000 is designed to run complete MTX Test Plans and apply electrical stimulus to a single Performance Test Board with actual devices. This helps you debug each program step to ensure the quality of a Test Plan before running it in the MTX Tester's thermal environment.
Real MTX Power and Capabilities
The MTX-1000 provides an "all access" path for the MTX. Like the MTX Tester, the MTX-1000 Pentium PC Local Controller controls all operating functions and connects to the MTX network and Server. And like the MTX Tester, you can access all Test Plans and data from your Network Server's MTX Master Library.
Simple Operation
The MTX-1000 uses the same programming and operating software as our other MTX systems, so you don't need to learn a new application or undergo extensive training. The MTX-1000 operator interface includes a color monitor, keyboard and mouse you use to make point-and-click selections and complete all programming and editing. The monitor is conveniently mounted on the system at eye level and includes a monitor swivel and keyboard holder.
