SOFTWARE ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

• Will be working in the software development team. Will be involved in all phases of the software lifecycle, including the analysis, design, implementation, test and support of the system control software for burn-in and test equipments running under Linux operating system.
• Will be responsible for developing, support and testing components, in accordance with the projects adopted standards. This includes:
• Documenting the requirements and design.
• Implementing the design and getting the documents and code peer reviewed.
• System integration and System testing, fulfilling the defined requirements.

• Will be responsible to revise existing software code to optimize tool productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Level Degree with at least 3 years of experience or Master's Level Degree with at least 2 years of experience.
• Must be experienced with OO software analysis and design using UML (Unified Modeling Language) modeling, C/C++ programming using STL. 
• Must be experienced in developing and debugging machine control software applications. Requires good knowledge of multi-threaded applications.
• Good knowledge developing using SWT and RMI in J2SE is a plus.
• Basic knowledge in J2EE is a plus.
• Basic knowledge Cross-platform build processes is a plus.
• Semiconductor equipment experience preferred.
• Good software documentation skills are required.
• Must have excellent communication skills - verbal and written English are necessary.
• Must possess excellent teamwork skills.

This is a temporary position that is expected to last approximately 6 months.
